I am very passionate about the usefulness & benefits of Mindfulness. I have been practising mindfulness for about 5 years which has been transformative personally. I am also a Psychotherapist & Counsellor and use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for my clients, which is a mindfulness- based model. This model is scientific & evidence-based and is a radically different approach towards the human condition. It challenges conventional wisdom of most western Psychology. Instead of focusing on symptom reduction, it maintains that the quality & vitality of life are dependent on mindful values-guided action.
If you're beginning to fall asleep, this is the short version - I decided I would try to utilise this approach and create a mindfulness - based course that would benefit almost anyone. So I created Mindful Choice.
